Analysis of the problems and prospects of restructuring sanatorium establishments in ukraine by mergers and acquisitions process

The work deals with the prospects of tourism in Ukraine in the context of deepening globalization. The article analyses the geography and features of sanatorium establishments functioning as a basis for the tourism industry in Ukraine. The author discusses the present state of domestic sanatorium establishments as well as identifies problems that prevent the development and restructuring processes. The work also focuses on influence of tourism on the economy through the integration of various sectors of the national economy and creation of energy output in the consumption of tourist services. The article considers the positive aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the tourism industry of the national economy. There have been analyzed the indicators of consumption of tourist services by foreign tourists for the last year. Tourism opportunities for financing Ukraine's economy are introduced. The possibilities and prospects for restructuring of health resorts in Ukraine through mergers and acquisitions are presented in the article.
