The article stipulates that the airport is seen as a complex production system, which consists of the aerodrome, air navigation, and the apron of the airport complex, as well as additional units, which ensure its functioning. Attention is focused onto the life cycle of the airport complex which depends on the dynamic characteristics of enhancing its resource potential (basic, working, technology and intellectual capital, services provided, etc.), and the effectiveness of management processes of creation and updating of airport infrastructure life-cycle stages. This paper addresses the problem of managing the life cycle of airport facilities with enforcement of instruments promising predicting bandwidth capabilities. The arguments in favor of this management approach are provided. It has been proposed the formula for calculating this indicator.
