Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the different methodological approaches to the management of organizational behavior of personnel in economic systems. The analysis has revealed the limitations and advantages of existing methodological approaches. Usage of the advantages in order to solve the problems identified in the area of personnel management will improve the intangible motivational levers. Also it will help to achieve constructive types of organizational behavior of employees of enterprises. Reflective approach and theory of personnel motivation are the most promising methodological approaches. The use of  conclusions of reflexive approach and the theory of personnel motivation in the management of organizational behavior will allow the managers of enterprises to establish a more effective form of behavior of staff in the organization, improve quality and productivity, competence and interest in the work of the staff, eliminate the manifestation of dysfunctional and destructive types of organizational behavior, while minimizing the cost of enterprise to encourage staff.
