Taxonomic analysis as the methodological approach to efficiency evaluation of the land relations regulation
Keywords:
taxonomy, matrix of the observation, hierarchy coefficient, integral indicatorAbstract
Introduction. The taxonomy method is proposed for evaluation of efficiency regulation of the polyhedral land relations. A number of measures and indicators which characterize the land relations regulation sustainability level is reflected in the matrix. In order to compare the indicators of the economic, social, and ecological level of the land relations regulation they are brought to the joint integral indicator, also the hierarchy coefficients are determined. After the standard values features vector and the integral level of the economic, social and ecological land relations regulation are determined, the appropriate regulative indicators will be calculated.
Algorithm of systematization and efficiency evaluation of the land relations regulation, which appeared to be a polyhedral dimension because of its connection with the land resources usage, possession and disposal, protection and recreation, is highly relevant for the rational management decisions adoption when the taxonomic analysis method is applied.
Purpose. Exploitation of the taxonomy method for the land relations regulation efficiency analysis.
Method (methodology). On the basis of usage of method of taxonomic analysis it is shown how the calculation of the synthetic values of taxonomic index of land relations regulation and taxonomic indexes of the economic, social, and ecological spheres of land relations.
Results. The proposed taxonomic method leads to the determination of the integral indicator of the land relations regulation which indicates a direction and changing scale inside the processes which are described by the complex of connected features of the land relations regulation process according to the sustainable development grounds.
